Email and always include your order number for any customer service inquiries. Please allow up to 48 hours (on business days) for a reply. We will try our best to reply as soon as possible.

US Flat Rate (3-7 Days): $8

Flat Rate (10-15 Business Days): $15

Import Tax/Duties may be charged upon delivery (based on value) for international orders.


Although we will always try our best to package your order and ship it the next business day, please allow 1-2 days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 days during high-volume periods (i.e. new capsule collection release).


If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you cannot cancel your order after placing it.

Once your order is placed, we cannot allow you to change the size or swap items. Please carefully review your order prior to checking out.

Exchanges are welcome if you receive a defective product or if you would like to switch out an item size with respect to stock availability. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds/Returns are allowed if you receive defective product (within 7 days of receipt). Tags must be attached.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase (based on delivery confirmation), we can’t offer you store credit, an exchange, or a refund. 



All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our customer service reps. To return your product, you should mail your product to our address below and provide us with a tracking number so we can confirm it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a return authorization by us (via email).


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you believe a refund is yet to reach you, it’s worth checking your bank account again. If it is still outstanding, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund reaches you. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
